History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Umpen was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Blossom was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.
