History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
