History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Efferil was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Roofer. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Shadow was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
