History: Heskan hails from a village terrorized by drow. Through the years after Heskan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heskan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Heskan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kriv grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Kriv abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
