History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stableman born in the past three hundred years. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ralf was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ralf decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now owns his own business.
