History: Meriele lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fivin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Fibblestib speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fibblestib grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fibblestib was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and expand his business

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and seeks redemption
