History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Hork is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Hork learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Guard soon after.
