Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Flame was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A true patriot, Shag would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Shag lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and regain custody of her son
