History: Phelaia was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and tiefling compassion
