History: He was raised in a forest tribe. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She got into the Adventurer business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
