History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is baby faced.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is greedy

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to share knowledge with the world
