History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Silent has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing a long, brown cloak. His lavender fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Spring is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Spring was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister

Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born to a Farmer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
