History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Fulbar was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and money/treasure
