Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mara embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Mara and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Willow never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Born in the north to a Cook, Gorbundus learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a pastel costume with the symbols of death on her torso, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the south to a Hunter, Harvest learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
