Personality: Xappan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born to a Farmer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
