Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Uthemar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
