History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Wiggens alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
