Personality: Zepar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A true patriot, Zepar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Zepar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brass crest is braided into rings. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to share knowledge with the world

She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tailor, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and expand her business
