History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Kali was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Hunter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Valida was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
