History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Loopmottin was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Body Guard. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Gifted from a young age, Eloise studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she has decided she is irredeemable
