Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She tends to her Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Astar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Assassin and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Assassin.

His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Gillyd abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
