Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He became a Ruler soon after.
