Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, brown shirt, and pastel tie. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
