Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: An older man who sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is silver and very short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ur-Lisak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ur-Lisak. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Tordrid lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
