History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing a long, blue cloak. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: Umpen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Umpen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Umpen. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
