History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: Chad speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
