She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Kasdeya lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kasdeya grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kasdeya. She tends to her Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Synthrin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
