History: Bryseis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was born in the west. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Brogg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
