Description: This man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and sports empty pouches on his belt. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Shoemaker, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears violet trousers with brown and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This dark-skinned female likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she is greedy

Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
