Personality: Vani wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she typically wears pastel cloth garments or leather armor. Her beige fur is still thick. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Spear was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
