History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After months of barely getting by, Qualen managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
