History: Oloric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Travok alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand his business

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bricklayer and was forced into it by his family; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Shipwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She struck the Fortune-teller job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Shipwright again; and balancing her hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult
