History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Cask and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Koeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a slave trader and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
