Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Scrag enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born to a Sellsword, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and regain custody of her son

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
