History: Born to a Marshal, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Hugh was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Pallabar reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
