Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a brown scarf. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are gray.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rûg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting giants, the young Rûg began to lead the lost caravan. After a long history of fighting, Rûg and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears long strands of emerald and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born in the north to a Miller, Dayereth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and expand his business

Description: He wears dull violet sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scythe, just in case. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He stands about 5'0" and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is long and brown with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and retire the richest man in the south
