He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by his family
