Personality: He is fixated on the number 7. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Oriff speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
