Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the east. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Raer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
