History: Dadalan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Antinua lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister

Through the years after Grûblik was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Grûblik's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Performer.
