Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and an old rival family wants her found
