Description: She wears a blue costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. Sporting a auburn mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Quilla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Quilla never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
