History: Gifted from a young age, Philomena studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

She has green eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Spy again; and money/treasure
