His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ootah never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
