Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
