History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
