History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Tethren was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
