Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Harbek's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was a Ruler, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Hugh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
