History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Right-Handed has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and many brigands want him driven away

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
