History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Prosperine wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
